Vote YES to bring adult-use cannabis to Blue Hill.
The opt-in vote would allow a carefully regulated adult-use retail store with strict safeguards: no on-site consumption, no product visibility from the street, buffers that keep a store away from the town center near GSA, and enforceable odor control.
When is the Vote?
The petition was submitted Tuesday, September 2, 2025. By law, the Town must hold a vote within 60 days—no later than November 1, 2025.
Status: Date TBD by the Select Board. This page will update when the meeting is posted.

Clarity & limits: proposed ordinance limits store numbers and operational hours.

How many stores are we talking about?
The draft guardrails suggest one store town-wide, with a review after 12 months.
